We are proud to announce that Troylin Hands of Hope & Mental Wellbeing CIC has been officially recognised by the Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHAssociation) as an Authorised Training Provider (ATP) for the delivery of accredited international safety programmes and courses.

This recognition confirms that Troylin has met the required standards and compliance criteria for training delivery, quality assurance, learner support, record management, and professional instruction.

This achievement strengthens our commitment to supporting refugees, asylum seekers, disadvantaged individuals, and local communities through accredited training, employability programmes, workplace safety education, and skills development opportunities.

As an OSHAssociation Authorised Training Provider, we are now positioned to deliver internationally recognised safety training that can help individuals improve their skills, confidence, employability, and career prospects.

We would like to thank the Occupational Safety and Health Association, Executive Director Brian Greenaway, FOSHA, our partners, supporters, volunteers, and the communities we serve for their continued encouragement and belief in our vision.

🚨 Executive Director (Voluntary)

Troylin Hands of Hope & Mental Wellbeing CIC is seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to take ownership of strategy, partnerships, and growth as we support refugees, asylum seekers, and vulnerable communities in Peterborough.

This is a working leadership role, not advisory. You will be expected to build, decide, and deliver.

💼 Core Responsibilities
• Set and execute organisational strategy
• Secure partnerships with local authorities, funders, and agencies
• Lead programme development and delivery
• Ensure governance, safeguarding, and compliance standards are met
• Drive sustainability (funding, structure, growth)

🎯 Minimum Requirements
• Proven leadership experience (charity, CIC, or community sector)
• Track record in partnerships, funding, or programme delivery
• Strong understanding of governance and safeguarding
• Ability to commit consistent time and take accountability
• Based in or able to work within Peterborough

• Ability to operate at both strategic and operational level
• Network within local government or community organisations

🌍✨ Official Launch Announcement — Troylin Hands of Hope & Mental Wellbeing CIC (United Kingdom)

Today marks a powerful new chapter in our journey.

Troylin began several years ago in Botswana as a small youth empowerment initiative, a simple dream to equip unemployed young people with practical skills in soap making, Shoe making, and many more. Over time, that dream grew into a movement. We trained over 1,000 young people across Botswana and South Africa, giving hope where there was none and proving that dignity can be restored through skill and purpose.

Now, that legacy continues in the United Kingdom.
We are proud to announce that Troylin Hands of Hope and Mental Wellbeing CIC is officially registered with Companies House (Company No. 16796141) and based in Peterborough, England.

Our mission is to empower disadvantaged youth, refugees and asylum seekers by combining vocational skills training, entrepreneurship support, and mental wellbeing programmes, building confident, resilient, and self-reliant communities.

Through our work, we hope to create safe spaces where individuals can heal from trauma, rediscover their potential, and build meaningful futures for themselves and their families.

We are currently establishing partnerships with local and national organisations including CPSL Mind, PCVS, Peterborough City Council, and the Refugee Council, aligning our goals with existing community programmes that promote wellbeing, inclusion, and opportunity.
