We're back on tonight from 7pm!
New players are very welcome as always 🤗
The first hour is catering for intermediate players before we get stuck into slightly more challenging music after a teabreak 💪

1 class is £15 and it's £20 for both and I take card or cash 💷

📆 The next couple of months will be a little patchy I'm afraid (exciting projects and trips afoot) so pop these dates in your diary and check back here to be sure before making the trip! 🎻

Class is on tonight - Wednesday 13th May, before a little break for the remainder of May. We'll be back on for three weeks in June (3rd, 10th, 17th) - gosh, the year is racing by!

It was fascinating to hear the new research from UCL that was reported yesterday - stating that participating in the arts, such as our class leads to people staying biologically younger! It makes total sense to me as it's a full brain workout, physically demanding, social food for the soul, whilst being super enjoyable and rewarding to play as part of a group!

Research from UCL suggests visiting art galleries or museums, singing and painting can help improve health outcomes

As if the bank holiday isn't confusing enough to know what day it is - we're meeting tonight - Tuesday 5th May instead of the usual Wednesday, because of voting happening in the Tennis club.
Happy is back though and we are both looking forward to it! 🎻

Class is on tonight! Limited millionaire shortbread available and it's the last class of this big block. We'll be back on Tuesday 5th May (due to the Scottish parliament elections).
