XC training with Eric Smiley,
We are so lucky to have Eric come and visit us and offer such amazing training.
He is a British Eventing Master Coach and Fellow of the British Horse Society. He is a renowned International coach and was coach to the 2012 Belgium Olympic Eventing team. He has represented Ireland the Olympics, World and European Eventing Championships, winning 2 bronze team medals. 🥉
90 minute small group sessions on Saturday 27th and/or Sunday 28th June, at Foresterseat.
Open to all, PC, RC, (un)affiliated, all ages and stages from 50cm to 1.10m+.
Entries are on Horse Events, spaces are limited, so please book early to avoid any disappointment.

Fantastic feedback from all our members and parents on the venue and the coaching and hospitality.
Motivational, positive and constructive coaching from Sarah whilst being able to manage riders of all abilities with different goals 🙌🏼

We have 5 Showjumping Classes there’s a class for all ages & abilities🐴🏇🥇🥈🥉

Class 1 - Cross Pole Clear Round
Class 2 - Mini Straight Bar Clear Round (jumps not to exceed 45cm)
Class 3 - 50cm
Class 4 - 75cm
Class 5 - 90cm

Class 1 starts around 11am then classes follow on, Entry Fee £6 for Classes 1 & 2 and £10 for Classes 3-5

Huge thank you to everyone who came to enjoy our open afternoon and see what The Pony Club is all about - fun, friendship, horsemanship and sport!

This day was made possible by our grant from The National Lottery Community Fund Scotland 🤩 to help us make our activities accessible to more people.

We packed it in from games and activities to horse and pony care and riding in the main arena to the power x woods and tracks course. Finishing with our hobby horse point to point and puissance 🤩

Special thanks to Inchcoonans Equestrian for hosting us and ordering the sun 😊🙌🏼 and our coaches, Alasdair and Jane, who kept everyone engaged.

Thanks also to our committee, members and helpers who supported, baked and chatted to all our guests.

🐴Our open afternoon is just a week away! 🐴

We will have qualified coaches and members of our committee on hand for the duration, as well as current members with their ponies.

This is for you if you:
✅are curious and want to see Pony Club in action
✅ are a non horsey parent who is looking for support and information
✅have your own pony and want to take part in a taster lesson for free
✅don’t have your own pony and want to see what you can get involved in

A brilliant day for one of our members, Imogen, helping as a demo rider for our pony club assessors updating their CPD.
This is a great way to learn what’s involved in the different tests and give back to pony club too! And the hours counted towards her YELA (Young Equestrian Leaders Award) bronze level 🙌🏼
