Lewis McNair and Kyle McKee have just completed their SCQF 5 Modern Apprenticeship in Meat and Poultry skills, pictured here with owner Stewart Collins.

Both boys are great workers in S. Collins & Son Butchers . Lewis makes a lot of the beautiful value added products such as ready meals that they have in their counter display. Kyle is the production man and can make sausages in his sleep now! Really well done to them both on their achievements!

Pop past the butchers of the year to sample some of the delicious products our apprentices have crafted.
