In the latest episode of our podcast we examine the issue of speech and language development in young people from the perspective of the parent.

There have been many things that we as practitioners have noticed over the last two years. One of the most startling things we have seen is the lack of speech and language development in young children. This comes in the forms of social interactions to speech language and communication.

This is why we are bringing you a new cohort of the Virtual Nature School. To tackle these issues and the place of oracy in early years. And of course, we will embed this learning in nature-based outdoor learning, using Floorbooks to create an enriched learning environment.

We are pleased to advise that in consultation with the Scottish Government, Cohort 3 (Winter Programme) of the Scottish Virtual Nature School can finally begin!

Orientation will take place on Thursday the 25th of February and then commence with daily provocations the week beginning the 1st of March.

Emails with full details have been sent to primary contacts of each team, so get in touch with your team’s primary contact for more details.

We’re looking forward to seeing you on the 25th!
