We are a voluntary group of parents/carers of children who attend GME (Gaelic Medium Education) in Perth.

Our purpose is to promote and support Gaelic Medium education in and around Perthshire; through creating a community, bridging between various levels of education and supporting educational needs through extracurricular activities, fundraising for those activities, providing plenty of information and support for parents relative to GME.

We also liase with the school, the education authority, other sections of Comman nam Parant, Comunn na Gaidhlig, Comhairle nan Sgoiltean Araich and other relevant groups.

Membership of the Comman nam Parant is open and encouraged for all parents who have children attending GME.
