Rhyme time! Here at thrive Perth meadows we encourage rhymes and songs to help the early development of children’s literacy, communication and language skills. Today we have been singing Old McDonald’s, this then led to staff supporting children to recognise the different animals and the sounds that they make. Further developing their speech and language skills

Our babies have been enjoying some sensory water play this afternoon with different resources to float, scoop and transport with. This allows children to explore the experience of the water while also developing hand eye coordination, fine and gross motor skills also.

The children are going to have so much fun getting creative, exploring and enjoying lots of messy outdoor play!

We are incredibly grateful for your time, hard work and generosity in creating such a fantastic addition to our outdoor area. Thank you so much from everyone at Perth Meadows! 💚
