Look at how far Bird has come!
🤩Normally, we don’t take children until they are 6 years old. But even before her 3rd birthday, Bird was already so focused and great at following instructions that we just couldn't turn her away!

She turns 6 this January and now partners up with her Dad in our Tuesday bag classes. This video starts with her amazing training today—even practicing during family days out at soft play—and ends with a look back at where it all began when she first started with us.

Bird is an absolute breath of fresh air in the gym, and we are incredibly proud of her journey! 🥊✨

Albie had is first fight in May 2025: Win. 🏆

Second fight in October: A tough split loss. 📉

Did he quit? No. He locked himself in the gym and went to work.

Now he’s on a 2-fight win streak after a clinical UD last weekend.

3-1 and heading into summer break at the top of his game. ☀️

Time to rest, recover, and reload. 🤫
