What a good bunch of people ! 🙌🌟
This week I had the pleasure of training the young farmers of Cornwall from Helston & St Keverne YFC and what a session it was! 💪🥋

They were all up for the challenge and, more importantly, willing to step outside their comfort zones and try something completely new. 👏

It takes confidence to put yourself in a situation where you’re being challenged in ways you’ve never experienced before. They embraced it, had a laugh, I think they enjoyed it too 😬.

A fantastic group of young people, thank you for making it such a good session for me too!🥋🔥

Inner peace is more important than what people think of you!

We don’t promote or condone violence, but we do strongly believe in self preservation and protection of you and your loved ones.

Everything we teach can easily be picked up by people that have 0 experience, it’s realistic and effective.

The biggest step is coming through the door.

Self defence and martial arts training, while related, have different primary focuses. Self-defense emphasises practical techniques for immediate survival in the real world, often used in unpredictable situations. Martial arts, on the other hand, often involves structured training, physical and mental discipline as well as rules and regulations that need to be followed.
