**update 15 October - Mindfulness spaces are still available. Nature Sketching and Bulb Planting are FULLY BOOKED**

As we move into Autumn, many of us neglect to get outside into nature but feel better when we do. Our Autumn Wellbeing Event is the perfect opportunity to get outdoors and take time for yourself.

The event runs from 10:30 – 12:30 on Saturday 18 October and you can take part in one of the following activities:

Nature Sketching, 2 hours with Lynn, Fantoosh Sketching. Bring your own sketch book, all other materials provided.

Mindfulness, 1.5 hours with Joyce, Joyce Lukkes Mindfulness

Bulb Planting & Garden Tour, 1.5 hours with Louise, Amisfield’s Wellbeing & Outreach Worker. You will plant up a pot of bulbs to take away to brighten up your spring – all materials provided.

There is no charge for the event, but spaces are limited so booking is essential. Book here https://forms.gle/DeVJ5HiV8uTxUc9Z8

Hello lovely folk as we welcome autumn.

It’s been a busy time and I’ve been spending almost all of it outside in nature workshopping and creating with lovely groups.

Jumping on here to say for those that missed out on my journal walkshop with the wondrous John Muir's Birthplace : In the footsteps of John Muir, we’re doing it all again!

There are 2 free spaces left for this Saturday- and this one is not just for the adults!

Part of the East Lothian Archeology & Heritage Fortnight, which is always a joy to be part of.

Some taraxacum love.

Priest’s crown, Puffball, Bitterwort, Yellow gowan. My favourite wildflower, the mighty dandelion and the flower of Brigid who carries their seeds in her hands and leaves them in abundance as her cloak passes over the land to herald in Spring.
