Monkton Priory School looks forward to welcoming all of its pupils, from Flying Start to Year 6 back to school on Wednesday 2nd September.
All new starters in Flying Start and Nursery will be met at their entrance by staff at 9am. All infant classes to normal doors by 9am.
Transitioning Year 3 pupils and the rest of the Junior pupils will be met on the Junior playground by staff at 8.55am.
Hope you have all had the best summer ☀️

What an amazing week for our summer club pupils. With the weather so good they had multiple opportunities to get out and explore our amazing county, of course not until they had watered the school plants, enjoyed craft time and made lunch for their trips. Huge thank you to the dedicated staff who made everyday such fun and to our wonderful pupils for being such great ambassadors for our school.

Stori ar Sedd 🎨

We are absolutely thrilled to have been part of this very special project for the Eisteddfod y Garreg Las. Class 6 pupils have worked incredibly hard painting a bench inspired by our local area, and we couldn’t be prouder of what they have achieved ✨🖌️

Our wonderfully decorated bench is now off to the Eisteddfod Maes to be displayed! Keep an eye out for it when you visit the Maes at Llantood, North Pembrokeshire 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Shwmae Sir Benfro

What a magical performance ✨🎭

Class 7 and two stars from Rainbows brought William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream to life with creativity, confidence and plenty of laughter. We couldn’t be prouder of all the hard work and talent that went into this wonderful production.

Well done to our amazing cast and crew-and thank you to everyone who came along to support us!🌙💜
