Sunday morning sesh. Worked pivot hangs from Ghost then put it onto the end of a Thai pad sequence. Also did a dirty boxing technique from a 50/50 clinch.

Give em the toys , then let em play. After drilling countering jabs/ crosses with low / mid level kicks it was time to put into real time with some sparring.

Nice energy in last night's class, covering some switch hitting, light technical sparring , thai clinch and of course the compulsory pad and bag work.
