We're getting amazing results now. Everyone's lost at least half a stone and some over a stone. And they're saying they've got more energy. some are sleeping better, and everyone looks great! The low-carb lifestyle just makes you feel a whole lot better on so many different levels. No new classes now until after summer - look out for my September start dates nearer the time.

Fun last night with resistance bands, showing everyone that weight training doesn't have to be all groaning and straining! All the research proves that people who exercise while they're dieting keep the weight off longer so it's well worth getting active!

Just checked through the stats for the group that started at the beginning of January and they're consistently losing a lb or two a week, with very few blips. That's fantastic sustainable weight loss - slow and steady makes it likely the weight will stay off long term. Well done everyone! xx

Such a good meeting last night - the first in 2016. A couple of gloomy faces when the One Week Get-ReSet-Go diet was revealed - it's VERY low-carb and intended to re-educate taste buds and break high carb habits so bound to be quite tough for some (but only for a week). Then we had a great discussion around my 20 tips for diet success, which prompted some great extra tips from everyone else (and a good few laughs). Looking forward to next week.

I've been asked if I could set up an evening session that's after tea time. Could do Thursdays at 7.30pm. It's about healthy, low-carb eating. Weekly meetings are over a cuppa, discussing nutrition and lifestyle tips. Festive Trip 8: Go light on the trimmings. The traditional Christmas meal is basically really healthy - lots of veg and lean turkey, with fruit hanging around on the side board. If you go light on the creamy sauces, flour-laden gravy and pie-crusts, you'll be laughing all the way to the weighing scales!
