Founded in January 2017, Acting Up is a theatre/acting workshop programme in acting, theatre skills and play reading. It is primarily for adults aged 50 and upwards, with an interest in theatre and performing but other

over 18s are welcome! Whether you are looking to expand your creativity, increase confidence, take up a new hobby or make friends? Join us! We'll form a company and look at theatre & acting techniques in an informal, fun and supported environment. Plays looked at in the past: Ayckbourn, Brecht, Chekov, Godber, Ibsen, Ionesco, Liz Lochhead, Shakespeare, Strindberg, Pinter, Ionesco, W***y Russell. New writing too.
