Happy new year folks! Plenty going on with FAB, we have lots of first aid training and a new course on Resilience and Thriving! Like the ABCs of first aid this short course looks at the scaffolding we can put into our lives so that we can have the mindset we want! Having adventures requires the right kind of mindset… Thrive essentials is a great way to examine this!
