Sadly Max, my favourite abuser, bully and wily sensei master, passed away on Friday morning. 17 years young. We found him in a bush 9 years ago and have loved him ever since. 😭🌈

4 years ago I moved online with the Pilates classes. A big thank you to all who have joined me and still join me in running these classes. I definitely could not function without them or you. I have made some wonderful friendships through these times ❤️🧘🏾

This week I am running beginners/ intermediate classes on Wednesday at 7 pm, Thursday 6 am and at 8 pm, Friday at 5 pm, ( in person too) and Saturday at 7.15 am online via zoom
