The fundamentals of guitar are not specific to any one playing style so I can help you with your initial guitar journey even if you have no desire to become the next Jimmy Page. Guitar lessons are 30 or 60 minutes in duration and priced at £15.00 or £25.00 respectively. You can choose to learn weekly, fortnightly or monthly. uch you are willing to practice. Under 16's require a guardian / carer to stay for the duration of the lesson (coffee and wi-fi will be provided). I have an Enhanced DBS certificate for the Child Workforce. What to expect? In your first lesson I will determine your ability, interests and goals. From here your learning journey will be tailored to make it as enjoyable and rewarding as possible, the rest is up to you! Be under no illusion that learning the guitar isn't easy; it takes time, patience and a lot of practice. There are no shortcuts but stick with it and the hard work will pay off! What you need! A well maintained acoustic or electric guitar (amplification will be provided for electric guitars). A full size guitar can be provided for your first lesson if you are unsure if you want to commit. A 3/4 size is recommended for smaller children. I'm more than happy to offer advice on purchasing a suitable guitar for learning.
