I’m incredibly proud to finally show you around Pure Golf Performance Studio, Berkshire 🧪

Built as a completely private coaching and training facility, the studio combines TPI movement and power assessments, GASP 3D force plates, 3D motion capture, GCQuad and high speed video to create a complete picture of how each golfer moves, generates power and swings the club.

After more than 20 years of coaching, this space brings together everything I’ve learned and believe in under one roof.

Since opening the doors, it has been incredible to welcome golfers from across the UK and Europe, all looking to better understand their body, movement and golf swing.

Every golfer is different, and it has been a privilege to help each of you understand exactly what you’re doing, how you’re doing it and why.

Before we start analysing your golf swing, we want to understand how your body moves and how much power you have in the engine.

What can you physically do?

Where does your power come from?

Are you able to produce and transfer that power efficiently into the golf swing?

That’s why our TPI Tour-Level Assessment starts with the golfer first; TPI Movement Screen, TPI Power Testing, 3D Force Plate Analysis, 3D Motion Capture & Full Swing Analysis

Once we understand what your body is capable of and how you create force and power, we can then assess the swing with much more context.

LAB UPGRADES 🧪⛳️

Firstly, a huge thank you for all the comments, messages and kind words following my last post introducing Pure Golf Performance. The response has been incredible and genuinely means a lot 🙏🏻

Since opening the doors to the studio, the first three months have been fully booked, with golfers travelling from across the UK and Europe 👊🏻

And we’ve been busy making the studio even better 👀

The latest upgrades include a second indoor coaching bay, another 3D motion capture system, BodiTrak pressure analysis, HackMotion and 3D biofeedback training.

We’ve also expanded our dedicated TPI performance area, adding more TPI power testing and training equipment to help golfers measure, develop and track their speed, strength and power.

All alongside GASP dual 3D force plates, GCQuad and four ultra high-speed cameras.

Continuing to build one of the UK’s most advanced TPI coaching, testing and training environments 🇬🇧
