Community is everything. ❤️

Buddies are warm and sociable. They love Cuban Salsa, but they also love each other's company and look out for each other.

They don't believe in being too serious, yet love their dance and are working hard to get better. 💃🕺

They are couples, they are single people looking for social company. They are people that use dancing and the community to help their mental health. They are every type of person you can meet who come together to make an awesome community.

They don't believe in cliques (our schools engaging with people both in our school and other schools) and look after each other like family. 🤝

They go to events locally, nationally and internationally together. But most of all whatever they do, they do it together.

This is what Buddie Salsa is all about. Come join the family! ✨

Whether you are joining us in Paisley or Greenock, our 6-week course is just £35. ✨ Paisley kicks off on Thursday 20th August at 1836 Halls, and Greenock starts on Monday 24th August at Paton Street Community Centre. What an incredible start to the week, Buddies! Tomorrow night's beginner salsa course in Paisley is officially SOLD OUT! Thank you so much for the amazing energy. But do not worry if you missed out because bookings for our brand new 6-week courses are officially going LIVE tomorrow! We are thrilled to launch our new Paisley beginner course starting on Thursday 20th August, AND we are finally returning to Greenock at Paton Street Studios (right near Bow Road Post Office) starting on Monday 24th August! Whether you are looking to try something completely new, meet wonderful local people, or just shake off the week, we've got you covered. No partner needed, absolutely no experience required, and yes: anyone can dance! Transform your two left feet into happy dancing feet in a welcoming, friendly, and alcohol-free environment.

🚨 DOWN TO THE LAST TWO SPOTS! 🚨

If you’ve been on the fence about trying Cuban Salsa, this is your absolute last chance to join our next 6-week Beginner Course in Paisley!
We start this Tuesday, 28th July, and we are officially down to just 2 places left.

📍 Where: 1836 Halls, 20 Neilston Road, Paisley ⏰ When: Tuesdays, 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM (starting 28th July, runs for 6 weeks) 🕺 Who: Absolute beginners! No partner required (we pair everyone up), and "two left feet" are highly welcomed!

We are a warm, ego-free community where having fun is just as important as learning the steps. Come by yourself or bring a friend—either way, you'll join an amazing group of buddies and have an absolute blast.
