I was asked last night about the "kick" which you receive to welcome you into your new belt. I think this video sums it up nicely. Two great friends of mine; Mr Paul Leworthy (Kenpo 5.0, Exeter) and poor old Mr Shane Griffiths (Kenpo 5.0, Wales). Will let you work out who was who!

Massive congratulations to Rob and James who passed their Yellow Belt grading with flying colours. Myself and Mr. Waldron conducted a technical grading and the boys smashed it!
