Smashing H.O.T Warriors class as always tonight. Thought I would list some of the reasons why I love instructing group classes
* It enables me to have a small positive impact on multiple peoples day in one go
* I get to see each and every client grow and develop each week. That light bulb moment when a client gets a routine or a combination and the look of pride on their face is just amazing to me.
* Instructing my classes makes me feel happy, I feel my most comfortable and happy when instructing. Almost like ita my natural happy place
* We all sweat. I sweat, you sweat, we all sweat together! Liquid awesomeness!
* I love pushing my clients beyond what they thought possible!!
* I love to shout at the top of my voice and this be perfectly a acceptable.
* Teaching my classes has helped my own confidence and self esteem grow!! Its a scary world as a group instructor, especially when starting out.
* I AM GETTING THE CHANCE TO INSPIRE OTHERS TO NOT GIVE UP!!!

Pumpkin Day at Riverfords over the years. The first picture horrified me, and is what made me want to make a positive difference to my health. I meet clients in my classes who think I am a rock solid ripped insane hardcore instructor. Words said to me not my own. I have gone through the physical and mental challenges to get to where I am. I have mastered how to maintain and continue to progress even if the change is small. For instance this year I can see my legs are trimmer and more toned and I have more muscle mass in general than I did last year. Celebrate each step you take, don't focus on the end goal, recognise your achievements each improvement you make. Always strive to be better do better and aim to be the best version of YOU you can be!! Xx

It is with a saddened heart I am announcing that H.O.T Warriors at Scared Heart on a Wednesday morning is no more. The hall hire is just far to expensive. Thank-you for all the support I have had over the past few months with this class. I have met alot of amazing women whose drive and guts in class is always awe inspiring. We have had some giggles, alot of belly aching laughter, and belly aching core work. Some serious amounts of sweat, heaps of hardwork, alot of cants turned into cans for you and me both!!! Thank-you everyone who came and made this session special! ITS BEEN EMOTIONAL!! Dont forget I still have other classes. and more coming soon!! # # #

Figura Women's Fitness Torquay is now open. I got in early and did a dirty little free weights circuit. Total body. Medium weight medium high reps No rest ... Squats, bent over row, upright row, kettle swings, tricep extension, weighted crunches and weighted oblique crunches, press ups, plank. Twenty mins max three times through. Got 20 mins spare this afternoon evening? Time is not a excuse not to train! I'll be here until 9pm x
