Macarons that travel!! 🛩

These handmade French macarons are currently on an 🛩🛩. They were all filled with vanilla buttercream, as per the birthday girls' request 🩷.

The smallest box was a little extra, as an early pressie, and was devoured within minutes. Can't ask for better feedback than that 😅🥰

Now, to see if the rest make the journey ok 🤞🤞

This isn't an order I would normally do (well, the 🛩 part), but they're for a daughter of a very dear friend and fellow cakey matey. And she needed my macarons for her birthday. So, how could I refuse 🥰🥰

Wonder Pets but girlie 💜🩷💛

This small 6" ombre pastel buttercream cake went out the other week to celebrate Courtney's 21st birthday.

Her mum really wanted to include Wonder Pets in the cake design, as this was Courtney's favourite TV when she was growing up.

Inside were layers of vanilla sponge and Biscoff buttercream.

I'm so glad the birthday girl loved her cake 🥰.

This size is perfect for smaller celebrations. A small 6" feeds 8-10 wedges or 12-14 smaller finger portions.

Another design I'm a little in love with! I just love the contrast of the deep red (not an easy task to make) and the dusky pink ❤️🩷

The mini 5" bento cake had layers of lemon sponge and lemon buttercream, finished with vanilla buttercream. The cupcakes were all chocolate topped with mint buttercream.

Nicole has the best ideas for her birthday cakes. Last year, she had a bento box full of handpiped friesian & highland cows 🐄 ❤️🐂. I'm looking forward to seeing what she wants for next year.

These little cuties are proving very popular at the moment. I can't lie, I'm not sad about it! 😅

The pink marshmallow had layers of vanilla sponge and raspberry buttercream. The ivory one had layers of lemon sponge and white chocolate buttercream

Another birthday in the house yesterday, my eldest turned 18! Again, he's not that fussed on cake 😅🤦‍♀️, saw his brothers old school sponge tower and said he'd have the same!

They definitely had more requests when they were younger 😅.

Daisies 🩷💛🤍

This super cute cake was requested for a 1st birthday. Inside had layers of vanilla sponge and vanilla buttercream. Finished in a baby pink buttercream and handmade fondant Daisies. The customer finished the cake with a personalised topper for the birthday girl.

I'm in love with this slab cake 😍

This double height slab cake was requested to celebrate a husband's & wife's 90th birthdays that are just a week apart. It had 2 layers of lemon sponge filled and finished with smooth lemon buttercream. It was topped with Callebaut milk chocolate hearts & bars, gold sprinkles, dehydrated lemon slices, and lemon jelly sweets 🍋🍋
