The Halloween tracks were out in full force this evening. The warm up track was a bu**er to learn last year and it’s proven itself a tricky one to bring back a year on! Will get it right for the Halloween special in 2 weeks! 😵‍💫

And we rounded off with a track I introduced back in the summer as a nod to their epic gig in London. Breaking Benjamin’s ‘Dance With The Devil’ 💃👹🫶

These guys look like the pro’s from Strictly and Stu, once again, has gone way over the top with this week’s . I don’t know what has gotten in to him recently! 🙄🤭👹💃

Rocktober has started with a bang….or should that be a howl at the moon? 🐺🌕

Four Halloween tracks barged their way on to the playlist this evening, including the absolutely epic Werewolf by Motionless In White. I 🖤 this song! As well as a double appearance from both Mötley Crüe and Leo 🤘☠️

And, as usual, someone had to go a bit overboard when it came to the 🙄🤭

After a seriously long hiatus, Superbeast made a triumphant return to our playlist this evening. Never ones to make too much fuss over a particular move (🤔), here is our subtle nod to the ‘rocktopus’ 🐙🎸 We LOVED doing this track again 🫶

Despite appearances in the video, no members of tonight’s class were on drugs*

I also uttered some words I never thought I’d say at RockFit “this last track features Dolly Parton”. And what a great version of Home Sweet Home it is. Legend 🖤

Dust off your rocktopus arms guys, Superbeast is back on the menu! 🐙🎸

Also being served, a delectable selection of classic rock tracks (inspired by several of us watching the epic on Saturday at the Barn Theatre 🤘) and a few heavy-hitting punchy tracks. Oh and did someone say Firestarter for dessert? Toasty! 🔥

👑👑👑 Heavy is the crown! 👑👑👑

I actually wasn’t planning on adding a new track in this evening but then I spotted this one on RockFit Online yesterday and just had to add it in tonight’s mix. Simple choreo, cracking tune 🫶. Oh and what luck we just happened to have this headgear on hand to give our a royal touch… 🤭

There were some hard-hitters on the playlist tonight and these guys aced them all 💜🤘

Oxted RockFit is FIVE! 🖐️

Tonight we celebrated with a strong contender for one of my favourite playlists ever 🫶, amazingly colour co-ordinated balloons courtesy of legendary prop queen Sam and we invited our class mascot Little-Stu-with-the-very-big-hand to join us for our 📸

As celebratory classes go, that was one of the best! 🥳

Thank you amazing people for choosing to come to my class. It’s the absolute highlight of my week and it’s you who make it so special 💜

Tonight we are celebrating 5 years of our Oxted RockFit classes! 🎈🥳

And nothing says “celebration” quite like the lyrics from Burn MF by our favourite band with the number FIVE in it, Five Finger Death Punch 😂 Which also happens to be our new track this evening! It’s a beast!😜🔥👊

Tonight’s playlist is one of the most eclectic I’ve ever put together. We have everything from Twisted Sister to Parkway Drive, Powerwolf to I Prevail, Limp Bizkit to Meatloaf. It does NOT get more diverse than that! 🤩🫶

Come and help us celebrate- it’s also my birthday tomorrow so we can celebrate that too! 🎉
