Tutor Your Child ‘Tutor Your Child’ is an online subscription service for parents of children Reception to Year 6 Launching 17th June 2021: www.tutoryourchild.co.uk.

Become your child's tutor with personal support through one hour a week videos, tasks and supporting materials. Tutor Your Child is an online subscription service for parents of children Reception to Year 6, to help with maths and/or English.

🌸 Each week, parents receive a short video showing them what to teach and how to teach it, with supporting activities.

🌸 By the end of the academic year, p

arents will have covered the skills within the curriculum with their child in small, manageable steps and been part of their child’s learning journey.

🌸 There will be assessment opportunities along the way so you can keep track of your child’s progress. Run by Oxted based Sue who has spent many years working as a private tutor and teacher and Maryanne who has considerable expertise as a SENCO and Deputy Head, Tutor Your Child has paid and free offerings, as well as offering wellbeing support and events.

What is a ‘fronted adverbial’? I hear this so many times from parents and I don’t blame you! We use them all the time, and they lift children’s writing, and hopefully this video will help 😊

Confidence and learning go hand in hand. When a child feels safe, supported and able to have a go, learning becomes much more possible.
