🌞 Already hearing "I'm bored!" this summer? 🌞
Keeping the children entertained during the school holidays isn't always easy—but we're here to help!
Our Time to Play resource sheet is packed with fun, simple ideas to help families spend quality time together, get creative, and make the most of the summer break. It's one of the free resources available in our Resources for Families section of our website at The Centre for Emotional Health.

A reminder that if the summer holiday juggle feels hard, that's because it IS HARD!
We're not here to say 'you've got this!', we're here to acknowledge the very real difficulties that the summer holidays bring, whether that's the financial pressure of adding more to an already expensive food shop, juggling work alongside childcare, and the closure of free groups. The summer holidays are difficult for many families.
Please banish that mum guilt, scroll past shiny social media posts showing a 'perfect summer' and turn down the volume on negative self talk. Summer won't be perfect but there will be perfect moments within it. 💙
