Every learner deserves the right support to thrive in education.
That’s why we’re proud to launch our new Level 3 Teaching Assistant with embedded SEND training apprenticeship, helping education professionals build the confidence, practical skills and inclusive approaches needed to support all learners.
Our first cohort of 24 apprentices will develop specialist knowledge to help children and young people with additional needs feel supported, included and empowered in their learning journey.
Alongside core classroom practice, the programme includes dedicated SEND learning designed to strengthen inclusive support across schools and colleges, helping create learning environments where every student can succeed.
Designed around the realities of busy education settings, the programme offers flexible delivery during term time, workplace-based learning, live online sessions, dedicated coaching and levy funding opportunities.

🌱 Preparing learners for green careers 🌱
From engineering to construction and science to horticulture, sustainability is embedded across our curriculum.
We’re equipping learners with the skills needed to thrive in a greener economy - and to drive real change in their industries:
🌿 Delivering specialist green careers programmes, skills bootcamps and short courses that build knowledge of sustainable industries and support learners to upskill or retrain for roles in renewable energy, retrofit and low-carbon technologies.
🌿 Embedding sustainability across the curriculum, including construction, engineering, science and technology, alongside key themes such as energy efficiency, carbon reduction and circular economy principles.
🌿 Providing access to industry-standard facilities, land-based environments and live projects, giving learners hands-on experience in areas such as habitat restoration, woodland management and sustainable food production.
🌿 Working in partnership with employers to co-design curriculum and create real-world learning experiences that reflect current industry needs.
🌿 Supporting student-led sustainability initiatives and practical projects that develop leadership, innovation and problem-solving skills while creating positive environmental impact.
🌿 Connecting learners to clear green career pathways through employer engagement, industry insight and progression opportunities.
🌿 Building both technical expertise and environmental awareness, equipping learners to contribute to and lead sustainable change within their future workplaces.
A thank you to our amazing partners who have worked or are working with us to achieve these goals.
The future is green. And our learners are ready.
