🌟 Outstanding individual achievements across the Class of 2026
Guy achieved 3 A* grades in Mathematics, Economics and Philosophy, along with an A* in his EPQ, and will be going on to study Economics at University College London (UCL).
Reflecting on his success, Guy said:
"I'm most proud of my Philosophy grade. The small class sizes at d'Overbroeck's meant I always felt comfortable asking questions and discussing ideas with my teachers and Director of Studies."
We are incredibly proud of Guy and wish him every success at UCL. 🌟

🎶 Our final visit of the year to Fairfield Care Home saw students from Years 8-12 perform a varied programme, including Ilia (Year 12) playing Massenet's Thaïs Méditation, Ella (Year 9) singing Bob Dylan's Make You Feel My Love, and Isla (Year 10) , Josie (Year 10) and Valena (Year 10) performing Obel's Riverside. We were also delighted to hear Ed (Year 8) perform one of his own compositions.
A huge thank you to the residents and staff for such a warm welcome. Hearing one resident say how much they look forward to our visits was a wonderful reminder of the positive impact these performances have🩵
