Alongside themed lessons, we enjoyed fascinating talks and workshops on ageing and senescence; outsmarting our deadliest animals; the history of planet Earth; sustainable farming; recovery in nature; the importance of green spaces; how we fix our climate; sustainable building and architecture; and renewable energy.

On their recent tour of China, the choristers performed to sold-out audiences in Beijing and Shanghai, with a programme that included an ABBA classic!
Between concerts, they explored palaces, museums, ancient towns, and the Great Wall, where they staged an impromptu gig. An unforgettable trip, and a wonderful experience for these young musicians!

The whole school took part in a brilliant College Day this week!
At New College we enjoyed stories, art sessions and philosophy workshops; climbed the tower; examined the college archives and treasures; learned all about the chapel organ; and played in the beautiful gardens. We also visited the Weston Library for the excellent 'Oracles, Omens and Answers' exhibition; and investigated 'spring' on a stroll through the Botanic Gardens.
Many thanks to New College, Oxford University of Oxford Botanic Garden and Arboretum and Bodleian Libraries for making us so welcome!
