Yesterday, Vicky and Emily from Team OLLIE went to the Brookes Union WellFair for University Mental Health Day.

We were so thrilled to spend the day raising awareness of our work in su***de prevention and talking to students and staff about our training, events, and workshops.

As one of our stall activities, we asked people to write a message to their younger selves, sharing something they know now that they wish they had known then. Here are their moving and inspirational responses!

We want to say a huge thank you to Brookes Union for organising and inviting us to this hugely valuable and important event, and to the staff and students at Brookes Union for their openness and curiosity in our work.
