And look at Joanna's great 60's print sewing machine cover! Groovy is the word that comes to mind.
It was bought on Amazon but sadly this print doesn't seem to be available any longer. Oh well, you'd just need to sew your own on one of my Sewing Club sessions...

Despite Annabel's daughter's response that her abstract fabric choice looked 'mouldy', we thought it looked great - and expensive too! Ashleigh, proving that both geometic and botanical designs suit either bags. Well done ladies and I look forward to your future cushion designs.

Angela - like Joanna used a William Morris 'Strawberry Thief' fabric but hers is printed rather than woven and lighter weight fabric. Just goes to prove that I Victorian design can still be 'going strong' for many decades. Sophie meanwhile, has a vintage Designer Guild print for the lining of her make up bag. The shoe design is still a wonderful surprise for the outside though.

Student, Kate came in yesterday wearing the wonderful pinafore dress she's made on the previous Saturday Club. As you can see it's a great success and she's really happy with it. Well done Kate and good luck with you next project.
