That’s a wrap on Pembroke’s first album in 20 years. A Pentecost-themed mix of Renaissance compline and polychoral motets as well as plainchant and instrumental items. There are two works by Massaino and Osculati that have been recorded for the first time!
A wonderful group of singers and instrumentalists. Excellent direction from Mark Wilson and invaluable help from Edward Higginbottom, our producer.
