From the library office we've seen several, including long-tailed t**s. This illustration is from Dresser's 'A history of all the birds of Europe', part of the rare book collection at St Hugh's.

Volunteer this summer to help plant wildflowers!
All are welcome to join us on Saturday 6th August to help expand the wildflower borders in College. Volunteers are needed to help our Head Gardener, Ed Reid, and his team sow wildflower plugs to be planted out in late September.
For all our green-fingered friends, as well as the opportunity to quiz our knowledgeable Gardens Team, you will also discover how they have worked towards improving biodiversity in the gardens and becoming 100% organic. St Hughâs alumna, Celia Montague (Modern Languages, 1971) showcases a collection of her paintings in a solo exhibition entitled âA Light in the Heartâ in London. Cricket Fine Art proudly represents brilliant contemporary artists, such as Celia, from the UK and worldwide, displaying their works in this fantastic gallery in Chelsea.
The exhibition is open until Friday 27th May, Monday to Friday, 10am â 6pm and Saturday 10am â 5pm.
