Family Arena 50+ Health & Wellness Project Celebrations! All ages welcome!
By God’s grace, Family Arena ran a pilot of 9 sessions of health and wellness programmes that catered to physical, mental, emotional, nutritional, dental and social wellness!
The small group had fun and learnt and shared experiences for ageing gracefully with emphasis on cultural sensitivity.
We plan to round up the pilot to reflect and rebuild on the foundation already laid. Please join us:

The Celebration is open to all ages!
We are currently exploring opportunities to extend the programme in conjunction with RCCG (CLA). There is room for more!
