MathsPlus

MathsPlus We are an Oxford based society of student volunteers, helping out struggling GCSE level school kids with Maths. No prior experience in teaching is required.

We offer one-to-one tuition at local secondary schools. Please join us in helping these kids fulfil their potential. We currently send volunteers to Cheney School, Oxford Academy and Oxford Spires Academy. Our sessions are:

Oxford Spiers Academy: Mondays, 3pm - 4:15pm
Oxford Academy: Tuesdays, 2:45pm - 4pm
Cheney School: Thursdays, 3pm - 4:15pm

To find out how about how to get to these schools, check out our website

We promise to refund your bus tickets if you just hold on to the recipts! Efforts are in place to expand to Sixth Form Colleges and we would also consider Primary Schools if we get enough interest from our members! All you need to do is to register with us and get a CRB check, which is completely FREE to get from OUSU. Please e-mail us to join. We look forward to hearing from you!
