Fourteen parent and pupil pairs took part in the inaugural MCS U12 & U13 Parent & Child Doubles Event on Saturday. After a series of closely contested matches, the Fazels and the Erasus were crowned champions. 🏆⁣
⁣
It was wonderful to see our grass courts filled with pupils, parents and plenty of support throughout the afternoon.

Yesterday morning, our J4 pupils enjoyed an action-packed adventure, taking on inflatable challenges, making a splash and creating plenty of happy memories along the way.⁣

🏏 Shout out to MCS cricketing legend James Coles (OW 2022), who has been called up by England for their T20 series against India next month – his first appearance on the international stage. 🇬🇧

James hit the headlines earlier this year after signing with London Spirit for The Hundred. ⭐

Inspiring news for our current players, who are enjoying a great season of cricket – including a brilliant match today against the MCC. 👏🏽

After completing their internal exams, our 2nd Form pupils headed to Badminton Estate last week for two days of bushcraft, teamwork and outdoor adventure. 🌲🔥⁣

We’ve had a glorious Founders’ Day in and around Oxford, raising money for Mustardseed School, our partner school in Uganda. Opened in 2022, Mustardseed provides an inspirational and practical education for young children and now educates over 180.

It's a cause close to our hearts, and MCS pupils have walked up to 11 miles through some of the city’s most scenic spots today, including Port Meadow, Mesopotamia and Magdalen College grounds. Thank you for every step 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

📣 We are delighted to learn that a third of last year’s leavers are now studying at universities ranked among the world’s top ten, according to newly released data.

Today, pupils from across the school are taking on sponsored walks through Oxford to raise funds for bursaries at our partner school, Mustardseed Junior School in Uganda.⁣
⁣
Third Form and Lower Fourth pupils are completing a 7.12-mile route, while Upper Fourth and Lower Sixth pupils are tackling an 11-mile walk. Every step helps support access to education for children at Mustardseed.⁣
