Our U11As had a fantastic day of football at the ISFA Regional Finals kindly hosted by Elstree School. After a day of intense matches the boys finished as runners up and are thrilled to have qualified for the finals this May at St George’s Park, the England football training ground. Congratulations to the winners Bishopsgate and well played to all the teams involved.

The Pre-prep are a busy, smiley bunch! Lovely to see them having fun in the classroom and beyond.

Big school is a big deal! Our smallest members of the Summer Fields community have only been at school for three weeks and they have made huge progress already. Mr and Mrs Floyd marked the occasion with a celebratory tea party in the garden for the boys and their teachers. A lovely treat for all.

A new, very sweet member of the Summer Fields community! Congratulations to our Head of Pre-prep Jo Blackstone and husband Chris on the safe arrival of Isla. We are all over the moon and cannot wait to meet her.

This afternoon Summer Fields hosted an indoor net session with England all-rounder Dani Gibson. She bowled at the boys and gave them some top tips about developing as cricketers. The boys asked some excellent questions and we all wish her huge amounts of luck with what lies ahead in her very busy cricketing schedule. Thank you to Dani Danielle Gibson and to Patrick from Living With The Lions Sports Travel for coordinating such an exciting event.

What a fantastic afternoon at our Under 8 Football Tournament. All the referees commented on the players determination and good humour and we were thrilled to watch so many exciting games. For lots of the Year 3 children it was their first tournament and they represented themselves and their schools beautifully. Thank you to everyone for making the event run so smoothly and a huge congratulations to Caldicott for winning both the Cup and the Plate. Good luck with the rest of your football season Ashfold School Caldicott School Chandlings Prep School Eaton House The Manor Garden House School London Wetherby Preparatory School Upton House School St Margaret's Prep Calne

Action shots from our 2nd XI match against Papplewick on Saturday. It was great to see the boys back in business on the football field with closely fought matches on every pitch. Well done to all the boys, coaches and supporters for getting the football season underway so happily.

Happy scenes from a jam packed, sunny, fun weekend for our boarders and staff. The boys whizzed around the giant inflatable on Saturday and then enjoyed a huge BBQ with blaring tunes. On Sunday fishing club were spotted on the banks of the Cherwell before our annual Colour Run. To finish off everyone enjoyed enormous ice creams. What a weekend!

On Sunday we were thrilled to attend the Service of Licensing and Installation of our new School Chaplain Jo Keeble-Snelling in our beautiful chapel. The service was conducted by The Right Rev’d David Jennings (OS) accompanied by The Rev’d Mary Gurr. The choir and the whole congregation were in fine voice and the service was an extremely warm welcome to the community and the chapel. Jo recently married one of our wonderful teachers in the chapel so it felt particularly poignant.
