For over 70 years we've welcomed students from across the globe, building a community where students think independently, engage with global issues, and grow into globally minded citizens.

The Enrichment award recognises everything that happens beyond the classroom too, including our CAS programme, student leadership opportunities, and careers guidance that help students flourish both now and in the future.

Recently, our English department invited Creation Theatre Company to St Clare's to give our Pre-IB students the wonderful opportunity to take part in their 'Play in a Day' workshop! 🎭

Creation Theatre worked with small groups of students to rehearse sections of Macbeth before the whole year-group came together at the end of day to put on a fantastic performance of the play as a whole.

What a brilliant and fun way to take Macbeth out of the classroom! 🎓 📖

We are proud to share the findings of our latest ISI inspection! 🎉
Inspectors awarded us a 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 for our 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱-𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 school community, a recognition given to only a tiny percentage of ISI-inspected schools in the UK. Each day our students demonstrate exceptional levels of care and community spirit with one another, with a clear focus on their identities as responsible global citizens, and to see this reflected in the report is a credit to all our students and wider community.

As the oldest IB school in England, with students from around 50 countries, we are delighted to have 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝘁 and this exceptional recognition confirmed. 💙

Congratulations to our talented musicians for an amazing end of term concert! 👏 🎵 🎸

Students and staff were treated to an evening of fantastic live music, with rock bands, solos, and even some pieces on the harp! 🎤

What a wonderful way to end a busy exam season! 🎶

As part of the Pre-IB Activities week, our Visual Arts Pre-IB students organised a fantastic exhibition to showcase their talent! Thank you to everyone who attended to support them 👏 It was a beautiful event, we were blown away by our student's creativity and skill! 🎨

Recently, we welcomed a group of undergraduates from Salve Regina University, Rhode Island, along with their lecturers Sally and Sam. The group headed to Blenheim Palace for the day, exploring the palace and its beautiful grounds! 🏰

For the third year running, our IB students headed to North Kidlington Primary School to run a CAS science fair, leading hands-on stalls for 9, 10, and 11-year-olds! 🔬

Many primary schools face challenges in delivering practical science lessons due to the costs of equipment and resources, so opportunities like this are especially valuable. Our students organised and led every stall, bringing real enthusiasm and creativity to make science fun and interactive for every single pupil there.

A fantastic afternoon for all! 🎓

What a night at the North Wall Theatre! 🎭

Our students - together with Creation Theatre Company and the The North Wall, Oxford - brought the house down with their devised play reimagining powerful female voices from Greek mythology. The energy in the room was incredible, and the turnout matched it. 🙌
