We’ve begun our Summer Programme with a plenary lecture by Col. Mark Radford, PhD, Senior Academic Director of the Oxford Diplomacy & Geopolitics Forum. Radford offered a broad geopolitical analysis of present challenges to the rules based international order. From Russia and China to the Pacific Theatre, the Middle East and domestic threats “within the castle.”
