It's World Kindness Day! Try this - think of three people (one friend, one relative, and one colleague) and come up with one kind thing you can do for them in the coming week. Bring them their favourite coffee or offer to babysit or simply pay them a compliment. Put it in your diary so you don't forget! 😊

First primroses of the year yesterday in Marley. The bluebells are coming along too, and there were loads of hazel catkins glowing in the late afternoon sunlight. This year more than ever it's heartwarming to see so many signs of new life.

Went for a walk in the woods yesterday - glorious sunshine, clear blue sky, and lots of new green growth on the forest floor including bluebells and wild garlic shoots.
