Who truly benefits from AI, and who gets left behind? 🧬 🖥️

Join us for our annual Black History Month Lecture, with Landé Belo, Group Legal Director at Kantar.

As artificial intelligence rapidly transforms decision-making across industries and workplaces, Landé will explore how we can ensure these technologies advance equality rather than entrench existing biases.

Drawing on 20 years of experience in employment law and her expertise in AI regulation, she will examine the opportunities and risks of AI through the lens of race, fairness and inclusion, asking what an equitable future should look like and how we can actively build it.

Where has human agency gone, and can we get it back?

We are delighted to welcome Dr Margaret Heffernan, our newest Bynum Tudor Fellow, to deliver her inaugural lecture at Kellogg: Beyond Determinism and Submission.

At a time when algorithms promise answers, technology increasingly shapes our choices, and complex problems can feel beyond our control, Margaret will explore whether we have become too willing to accept that the future is something that simply happens to us.
