New term, new timetable!

Welcome (or welcome back!) to all Oxford Uni students. If you're interested in martial arts, looking to get fit, or just fancy trying something new, come along and give Shorinji Kempo a whirl. We're a modern Japanese martial art with a firm focus on self-defence. All levels are welcome at all classes, and all sessions are free to try until the end of 2nd week. Just book in to a session using your OUS account via the app or at https://onlineshop.sport.ox.ac.uk

We'll also be at the OU Freshers Fair this week, where you can talk to our current students and get a feel for who we are and what we do.

Huge congratulations to the grading candidates from yesterday's seminar. We're extremely pleased to announce that *four* kenshi passed their 3rd Dan exam, as well as two who passed shodan!

Two of the 3rd Dan candidates came from our very own dojo, and we're so proud of all the work they've put in. This is a well-deserved promotion and has been a long time coming.
