We have our blues competitive squad, our seconds squad who have the opportunity to train up to 5 times a week (only expected to attend 2-3 sessions) or our social squad which is a great way to get back into swimming or try something new!

Open Water Varsity 2026. Yesterday, 15 Oxford swimmers spanning the blues, second, and social teams (plus alumni) took on Cambridge over 3 km at Mercer’s Lake, with the race also serving as the South East Regional Championships. The results were calculated based on cumulative time of the top six swimmers and it was a very close competition but many congratulations to Cambridge for winning this year. Our standout performances in the regional competition:

🏆 Pascale Wehr, Sophie Lawrence, Matt Courtis (alumni) and Jim Egan (alumni) for winning their respective age categories

🥈🥉 Molly Aspinall, Anna Duncan, and Dorottya Nagy for medalling

A fantastic day of racing and great to see so many Dark Blues taking on the challenge💙
