Happy European Day of Languages! 🌍❤️

Here at This is School, today’s all about celebrating the languages, cultures and people that make our world a much more interesting place.

A big shout-out to all the language teachers bringing that into the classroom every day - whether it’s bonjour, hola, hallo, ciao or something else entirely.

Because somewhere today, a student will understand a sentence they couldn’t understand a few months ago. Someone will make their class laugh in another language. Someone will finally put their hand up and have a go, even if they’re not quite sure they’ve got it right.
