St Anne’s Alumnae and Friends, 30th May, the Captain — Shanghai
On the banks of the ancient Huangpu River, with a commanding view of Shanghai’s breathtaking modern skyline, the St Anne’s Alumnae and Friends group imbibed the intoxicating mix of ancient and modern China. Sharing stories of their time in college and their plans for the future, we also celebrated one attendee’s recent graduation. The feeling of building a community for St Anne’s alumnae in China infused our conversation, helped in no small part by the free-flow supply of Sauvignon Blanc and above-average calamari. We sincerely invite you to join us at future events.
