Cool Kids Club, based in Wheatley has the following vacancies for enthusiastic and experienced playworkers:
Hours: 9 hours per week from 2.45pm - 5.45pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Term time only. Holiday Club cover also as required in school holidays.
Salary: £9.81 per hour
Ideally applicants will have a relevant Level 2 or 3 NVQ (or equivalent) or above, preferably in Playwork, and have some experience of working with 4 –11 year olds in a play environment.
The closing date for applications is: 30th November 2021, we will interview suitable applicants as the applications come in.

Today at holiday club the children have each made using fresh and healthy ingredients a mini quiche and some crunchy coleslaw to take home in a picnic box. 🥕🍅🍶🍽

This week we have been making bird feeders for the RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch. Throughout the coming week we will be watching out for how many different birds are in our gardens. 🦉🦅🕊

Lucky dip all ready for our mince pie evening! Welcoming all current and prospective families of Wheatley Primary School to join our staff and committee for some Christmas festivities today from 5.30pm

Over the last few days staff and children have been busy transforming one of our rooms into a winter wonderland for the children to enjoy over advent. Every evening at after school club a different group gets to open the advent calendars for a treat and a Christmas story book. The children have loved creating a magical environment. ❄️
