A rather special setting for last week’s Fire Marshal Training. 🔥

We spent the day at the beautiful Aynhoe Park, delivering Fire Marshal Training.
As well as covering the essential theory, everyone got hands-on with the practical side too, using extinguishers and learning how to tackle a fire safely.

An important day of training in surroundings that made this one memorable.

Thank you to the team at Aynhoe Park for having us.

How often do you actually take a proper look at your fire doors? 🚪🔥
Steve was recently at Aurora Energy in St Aldates, Oxford carrying out their fire door inspections.

Fire doors can take a lot of wear and tear, so there are a few things worth keeping an eye on between inspections.

Does it shut properly on its own?
Are the seals still intact?
Any big gaps around the edges?
Loose hinges?
Damage to the door or frame?

If something doesn’t look right, get it checked. Small defects can mean a fire door won’t do what it’s there to do when it really matters.

Give us a call and we’ll take a look 👍

Is your Fire Marshal training due? 🔥

You could book one of those boring online courses and spend the next hour pinching your leg under the desk in an attempt to stay awake…

OR you could book with us!

Our Fire Marshal Training is hands-on, practical and actually enjoyable.

We’ll teach you what you need to know, give you the chance to get hands-on with fire extinguishers, and most importantly, help you feel confident about what to do if there’s ever a real emergency.

At a job last week, Holly found a CO₂ from 1993, the year she was born.
Then Mason found a foam from 1999, the year HE was born!

Not your average day of extinguisher servicing! 🧯

A recent visit to Oxfordshire County Council’s Museum Store, where our team were carrying out fire extinguisher servicing surrounded by an incredible collection of historic items — including some very early firefighting equipment.

A great place to spend the day on site!
