Following a global search for talent and highly competitive selection process, we're proud to announce the 2026 cohort of incoming undergraduate Ellison Scholars! 🎉
The second undergraduate cohort includes 20 exceptional students from 15 countries worldwide, who will receive full funding to study at the University of Oxford. Each incoming Ellison Scholar has received an offer to study through the University’s independent admissions process, and subject to meeting the conditions of their offers, will begin their studies in October 2026 👏
This year’s undergraduate Ellison Scholars bring an extraordinary breadth of achievements and impact, from international Olympiad medals to award‑winning research, community leadership, and innovative projects addressing global challenges across health, food security, climate, and AI.

Welcome to the first cohort of Fundamentals of AI CDT students University of Oxford Ellison Institute of Technology Oxford 🙌
The group were recently welcomed into the EIT community with presentations from leaders across the Institute's science areas and a tour of our expanding campus!
The Fundamentals of AI CDT is an EIT-funded, research-based DPhil course, focused on foundational AI, machine learning, and computational statistics. Students will help shape the future of AI and Machine Learning with a view to real-world impact.
