🎉We are very proud of our alumnus, Dr Alex Rawcliffe, for publishing the systematic review developed as part of his dissertation on our Sleep Medicine MSc programme.
đź’¤The paper explores the effectiveness of digital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia in reducing insomnia severity among armed forces personnel and veterans, contributing to the growing evidence base for accessible, evidence-informed sleep interventions in populations experiencing high levels of sleep disturbance.
👏Congratulations to Alex and Dr Sofia Pereira, who supervised the project, on this excellent achievement!
