Connors's Quotes 🤓:
Allowing the body time to recover is just as important as the training we put the body through.
The body uses protein to repair the muscles, during this repairing phase the body overcompensates with the protein and this promotes growth for the muscles.
In a nutshell, if you don't allow recovery days then the body won't be able to build muscle as effectively.
Without rest days you will also compromise your future sessions due to the fact your body won't be able to perform to high standards as much.
Be smart
