Stressful situations like workplace bullying have you on high alert and in fight or flight mode which floods your body with the stress hormone cortisol. It makes you feel heavy, tense, and your breath is shallow.
Laughter on the other hand makes you feel light, floods your body with endorphins, lifts your mood, gives you energy boosts, reduces your stress and anxiety!
Out of the two, which one would you rather have?
Even if you laugh for no reason, your mind won't know the difference between laughing for a reason and laughing without a reason.
Your brain still produces endorphins and will flood you body with happiness!
